Coburg City Hall

After years in a tight office space the City of Coburg, OR was able to purchase and remodel a new building to call home. We remodeled the new Coburg City Hall in about 5 weeks construction time, from start of demolition to move in. Another great project that we are very proud of, another happy client. They love the new space which houses city administration, police, court and assembly hall.

Leaburg Visitor Shelter

In 2008, Eugene Water and Electric Board wanted to improve its park at Leaburg Reservoir on the scenic McKenzie River east of Springfield, Oregon. As the focal point of the revamped park is the Leaburg Visitor Shelter, a timber-framed structure on block foundation that serves as a gathering place for visitors to the park and reservoir. The building's architecture blends perfectly into the surroundings with great design elements such as the naturally finished timbers with custom fishplate structural components and the arched viewing deck, which looks out over the lake and historic dam. We are proud to have been the builder chosen to complete this project for EWEB, and happy the client was so pleased with the process and the outcome.

Lane Rural Fire & Rescue Dormitory Addition

In 2009 we were awarded the job of building a new, much needed dormitory addition to the main fire station for Lane Rural Fire & Rescue in Eugene, Oregon. The project was an addition of eight new dorm rooms for overnight emergency personnel, as well as a day room for study and relaxation during down times. The existing adjoining interior required some remodeling as well, creating a fire wall dividing the new addition from the existing building. Due in large part to a great client and design team, the project was a great success, coming in under time and under budget. Both the crew and fire district board were thrilled with the results, as were we.

Briggs Middle School CPTED Improvements

In 2010 we completed a project at Briggs Middle School in Springfield, Oregon for Springfield Public Schools. It was a main office remodel which included construction of a new steel security fence and gates at the entryway into the school. The main office needed to be gutted with new cabinets and desks installed. Minor reconfiguration of the office was also required to accommodate a new entrance door cut into the existing block wall. This was another highly successful project with a great client. Once again, the project was completed early and under budget. The early completion date allowed the office staff much needed time to move in and prepare for registration and the start of school. We are very pleased at the outcome of this project as another client was completely satisfied with the project process and the results.
